Introduction:
Master's Tutor, the School's Outstanding Online Course Teacher, the candidate of the "qinglan project" young academic leader, currently the deputy director of the department of resources and environment of the school of environment and a member of the college's trade union. He has been engaged in relevant scientific research in university of California, Davis, USA, mainly engaged in teaching and research work in the field of environmental microbiology. His main research interests include environmental microbiology, microbiology and human health. Presided over the general project of national natural science foundation of China and the research fund of the ministry of education for studying abroad and returning to China; He has participated in a number of provincial and municipal level scientific research projects, such as the national natural science foundation of China and the natural science foundation of jiangsu province. He has published more than 20 papers in the core journals, among which 16 were SCI, with H index of 8 (WOS) and 10 (Google Scholar). The maximum number of citations for a single paper is 58.Hosted a university-level education reform project, SPOC hybrid course construction, and a postgraduate English course, with undergraduate students: environmental microbiology, basic biochemistry, agricultural microbiology, basic microbiology and graduate students: molecular biology, molecular microecological experimental technology, soil chemistry and soil biochemistry.Won the most popular teacher of the year (2018), the second prize of the school's excellent teaching award (2017), the annual assessment of excellent (2018, 2019), the school's advanced union workers (2019), the school's union activists (2016, 2018), and other honors.
