Introduction:

Working as an educator and a researcher in Yangzhou University since 1984. Teaching courses include "Plant Nutriology" and "Soil and Fertilizers" for undergraduates, as well as "Environmental Biology" and "Advanced Experimental Design and Statistical Analysis" for postgraduates. Supported by many national and provincial funds including "973" program, Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and National Sci-tech Support Program, the research interests cover nutrient management in crop production, soil fertilization, organic waste recycling and agro-environment. As an author or co-author, published more than 100 papers in resent 20 years, and as a peer reviewer, participated review process for many domestic and international academic journals, including "Land Degradation and Development", "Science of the Total Environment", "Journal of Agro-environment" and "Journal of Ecology and Rural Environment", etc.
