Zhu Yongheng, male, born in 1966, graduated from Hehai University in 1987 with a major in engineering mechanics (fluid mechanics)，has been engaged in the design, construction and teaching of water supply and drainage engineering, construction equipment installation engineering. He has lectured on "Engineering Fluid Mechanics", "Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Cost", "Water Engineering Economy" and "Environmental Engineering Budget". In 1998, he was qualified as a cost engineer and became the first batch of registered cost engineers in China. He is currently a member of the Yangzhou Municipal Engineering Cost Management Association and a member of the Yangzhou Construction Engineering Cost Consultation Expert. Over the years, he has compiled and reviewed many water supply and drainage projects, municipal engineering benchmarks and final accounts. Combining years of work experience, he edited the "Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Cost", "Installation Engineering Quantity List Valuation", "Water Engineering Economics" textbook, and compiled and published "Environmental Engineering Bill of Materials List and Bidding Quotation".
