Introduction

Dr. Chengda He is a Professor in the school of Environmental Engineering and Science at Yangzhou University. Over the past three decades, Mr. He published dozens of papers in the research area of treatment and recycling and reusing wastewater, solid waste disposal and utilization and environmental impact assessment and obtained 3 authorized patents for State Office for Inventions. Based on rich experience in scientific research projects, he presided over and participated in several national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects, including "Water pollution control and treatment" (a major national science and technology project, 2009ZX07317-1).
